This combined Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs all websites, applications, AI tools, hosting platforms, SaaS products, digital services, and software systems owned or operated by PageGravy, Inc. (“PageGravy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Services Provided

PageGravy provides digital development services, AI-powered systems, website and mobile application development, hosting, SEO services, integrations, SaaS platforms, and related technology services. Services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.

2. Global Legal Compliance

Clients and users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

3. AI Systems & Generated Content

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for reviewing AI output. AI tools are not substitutes for legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of deliverables transfers only after full payment. PageGravy retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, AI systems, backend logic, and internal development tools.

5. Limitation of Liability

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO PAGEGRAVY IN THE PREVIOUS SIX (6) MONTHS.

6. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold PageGravy harmless from claims arising from regulatory non-compliance, accessibility violations, content disputes, or misuse of services.

7. Arbitration, Governing Law & Venue

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ohio. Class actions and jury trials are waived. Ohio law governs this Agreement.

8. Force Majeure

PageGravy is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including cyberattacks, natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure disruptions.

9. Export Control & Sanctions

Services may not be used in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.

Client Websites, Applications & Data Responsibility

When PageGravy designs, develops, or hosts a website or application on behalf of a client, the client is solely responsible for the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and compliance of any personal data collected through that client’s website or application.

PageGravy does not control and is not responsible for:

  • How clients collect personal information
  • How clients use personal information
  • Client privacy policies
  • Client compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, or other laws
  • Client marketing practices
  • Client data retention policies

Clients are solely responsible for implementing their own privacy notices, consent mechanisms, cookie banners, and regulatory compliance measures.

2. No Sale of Data, No Behavioral Profiling & Social Media Advertising Practices

PageGravy does not sell, rent, license, or trade personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

If PageGravy advertises on social media platforms or third-party networks, we use only the advertising tools and audience targeting features provided by those platforms.
